Grayhawk Insights, LLC, is led by Jim Gaspar, a food industry veteran whose career has spanned over 40 years with small, mid-sized and large food manufacturers. Jim began his career in sales and marketing roles with some of the most respected companies in the industry. For the past 25 years in senior leadership and C-Suite positions, Jim had the pleasure of leading and working with talented, energized teams who managed profitable, growth-oriented businesses in the bakery, processed meats, cereal, snack and nutritional bar categories.
